Thankful for the Blessings

[Tuesday, 18 Feb]. Our first full week of ministry is in full swing. After a little bit of a rocky start on Monday, when Mark was dealing with some stomach issues that kept him at the hotel for the day, everything else has gone smoothly. Since the initial film crusades on Sunday night through the school evangelism programs today, our teams have spoken in 44 venues to a combined audience of 10,287 individuals. This is a testimony to the power of God working through all the people here who have been planning, praying, and preparing for the past five months.

The physical conditions here are typical. It’s hot, dusty, and dry. We are blessed to be here and witness the things that God is allowing us to be a part of.

I’m extremely grateful to our team members here — Ebenezer, Jacob, Simon, Meshach, John, Tetteh, Bless, Gershon, and Benedicta who are working like a well-oiled machine each day. In addition to these full-time team members there are many locals working alongside them. These are all proving to be choice servants of the Lord.

The American team of Jeff Andler, Mark Chase, and Andy Poe are doing their work each day in absolute harmony and honor. I am blessed to call all of these my friends.

In addition to this, we are all blessed to have you praying for, and supporting us in so many ways. This work could not be done apart from you. There is, I am sure coming a day when we will see all that God is accomplishing with us. I will do my best to keep you posted on the progress of this project. For now, keep on keeping on.
