We Are Headed Home!

[Accra – Ghana] The project is almost complete.  Our American team traveled back from Koforidua today to the capital city of Accra, Ghana. The past two weeks of ministry have been incredible, both in scope and opportunity.  Even though our Ghanian team will conduct 2 film crusades nightly though Sunday the initial reports are wonderful.  All in all we were able to present the Gospel to 33,877 people in 188 separate venues.  These included school assembly programs, film crusades, public forums, and hotel grounds.  It was amazing to witness the wonder working power of Jesus Christ in the lives of all who responded to His grace.

Ghanian and American Team 3.21.14Each American team member was great.  Each evening Craig Barker, James McLean, and Andy Poe travelled to very remote villages to preach during the screening of the JESUS film.  These dear brothers did everything asked of them without hesitation or complaint.  The roads were rough and difficult but were trod, nonetheless.

My dear friend and ministry colleague, Jeff Andler, worked tirelessly preaching multiple times per day in school assembly programs.  I am so very thankful that God brought the two of us together for Ghana in 2003.

Narth, Roy and Daniel 3.21.14

The Ghanian team, led by Rev. Dr. Sammy Lartey included pastors Simon Akpolu, Ebenezer Agbleze, Jacob Yakubu, John Amauley, Samuel Tetteh, Victor Narh, and Emmanuel Ayeikuma.  In addition to these there were our able drivers Daniel and Narh along with countless others who helped make this project so good.

Only James and I remain in Ghana for the night due to some flight scheduling problems.  Please pray for Jeff, Andy, and Craig as they are on the way to the airport now.  James and I are scheduled to depart on Saturday around 5:10pm (East coast time) tomorrow.  Pray for safe and uneventful flights for all.

We are all so thankful for our families and friends who have been laboring alongside us during these days of ministry.  I also want to thank my ministry assistant, Ms. Julie Wozniak, who has so efficiently posted all of these blogs for us.  She has done a wonderful job.

[wpvideo q87ifvfa]During these days of ministry 28,548 people have indicated their first-time decision for Christ, and we are so thankful that God has allowed us to see His power.
